Wispy Cloud Solutions
Logo refinement, rebranding and website UX for a cloud ERP consultancy, taking the brand from wireframes in Figma to a live site that guides businesses from first visit to booked consultation.
How It Started
Wispy Cloud Solutions helps growing businesses choose, implement and support cloud ERP systems. When I joined the project, the team was explaining a complex, technical service through a brand and a website that didn't yet feel as confident as the company behind them. My role covered the full visual side: refining the logo, defining how the brand shows up in print and at events, and shaping the website's structure and user experience from the first wireframes through to the live site.
Logo & Rebranding
The original mark already had the right idea: a flowing ribbon that forms a W, in Wispy's orange and teal. I rebuilt it on golden-ratio proportions so every curve, and the spacing between the ribbon, the wordmark and the tagline, follows one consistent system. The wordmark moved to cleaner geometric letterforms, and "Cloud Solutions" became a tracked uppercase line that runs the full width of "WISPY". The new logo reads more clearly at small sizes and feels more established at large ones.

User Flow
Before any visuals, I wireframed every key page in Figma: home, about us, the services and solution templates, blogs, contact and privacy. Each layout was built around one question: what does a visitor need on this page to take the next step?
The resulting flow moves visitors from arriving on the home page, through exploring services, solutions and industries, to evaluating with the pricing calculator, resources and FAQ, and finally to converting through "Schedule a meeting", which stays pinned in the navigation on every page.
Problem & Solution Statement
Problem: ERP is a complex, high-trust purchase. The original logo felt informal for that audience, and visitors needed a clearer path through a lot of technical information before they felt ready to talk to someone.
Solution: A refined, proportion-based logo gives the brand a more established presence, and a wireframe-first website gives every page a single job, so visitors can understand the services, estimate costs and book a consultation without getting lost.
Brand in Action
The new identity is live across wispycloud.io, from the services pages to the podcast library under Resources, and it carries into the physical world through the event T-shirts I designed for trade shows: the ribbon mark wraps around the shirt, with a "Let's Cloud Up!" line across the back.
